CLIENTS-TELL

"
I can't say enough about how excited and pleased I am to be with Body by Scogs. I have had trainers that told me what to do while they watched, trained others and or made phone calls. It was hard for me to figure out what I was paying for after the third or fourth session because there was a set routine and I could have done it on my own after two sessions. With David, I feel as though I am working out with a partner there is no cookie cutter routine and I enjoy working out WITH my trainer. We laugh, joke, sweat and encourage each other while doing the activities together. I know that he feels the same pains I do when we work out because he makes the same faces (smile). I know that Im not just a client because he takes time to encourage me and tell me how I am doing/looking over all. His rates are very reasonable and his time is more than worth what I pay (Ive paid much more for much less). He uses his training in martial arts, general fitness and the military to compose a complete workout that challenges me both mentally and physically. In the two months that we've been at this with BBS, I've noticed my endurance level rise, my waist line shrink and my attitude about working out improve. I absolutely HATE to run and he's worked me up to a 32 minute light jog and I am so proud of myself for that! I've had several personal trainers but none have made me feel as involved, supportive, pampered (he comes to my home and works with me) and cared for as David. If you are looking for a positive change and a wonderful experience I highly recommend you set your dates and times. Just dont bother with mine! "Maisha Hudson"

We did about a half a mile when we first started training. After a week or so I felt really good about running. I wasnt tired as much. The exercises we did as a warm up really helped in preparing for stretching areas that were essential to kicking, and punching, as well as grappling. Going to the beach was fun. I never ran in the sand before so that was an experience. Using san-chin for balance when in the waves was real good practice in getting the position down right. Running in the mountains was awesome. I made it to the top and with out a break. The view was awesome and then hearing the people walking along the trail praise me for making it to the top was something. I was proud of myself overall. I felt I had more confidence in myself and I was more alert about my surroundings. That was cool. It helped me out when someone wanted to sneak up on me. Everyday, I practice what we learned. I really enjoyed his program. (Javier Mendez - Specialized Self-Defense and Boot Camp Training...way to go Javier!)
