A. Scoggins was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. In his
days as a youth, he lived the life of one who'd been picked on,
bullied and harassed. Becoming a loner from this treatment, he took to
his back yard at home where self-regenerating took place. He picked up
an old brick and began to curl it like a dumbbell to change his
self-image. At 15 years old this brick was the starting point of a
future of fitness and excellence!! He began to exercise as a youth with
his sister, took classes in karate as a teenager and began to lift
weights. From here his intrigue of fitness, health and the well being
of the mind, body and spirit took off. He ran cross-country and track
in high school and later joined the military. He became a master
fitness trainer in the army where he trained soldiers to help them meet
the intense fitness goals of the military. He's trained individuals
from Korea to the dangerous environment in Iraq. He has 14 years of
intense training in martial arts. He's trained in tiger, dragon, crane
fist (pangainoon-uechi) in which he holds a 3rd degree black belt,
tae-kwon do, aikido and hand-to-hand combat in the military. In his
experience he has devised a divine way of protecting yourself and
staying fit. He's held Aerobic classes in the military, church
organizations and one on one water aerobics. He's a Certified Personal
Trainer through Nesta (National Exercise and Sports Trainer
Association) and is ready to help you go the extra mile. Are you ready?!
